Office in Warsaw
We have our own student office in Warsaw operating in the building of the Library of the University of Warsaw. We are located in the very centre of the city, so we are always close to the students. Students can use computers with free Internet access, photocopiers, printers and, in an emergency, a telephone.
The Warsaw office is very popular not only among those who are taking their first steps here right after their arrival, but also among people who are already established in Poland. Our students can count on our support throughout their stay, regardless of the city they are in.
Post-arrival support
Our Warsaw office offers full support upon arrival in the country, regardless of the city you go to. We will pick you up from the airport and transport you to your accommodation. We invite you to the "Orientation Days", where you will receive useful information and tips on the organization of life in Poland, your city and university, municipal transport or treatment. We will also help you choose your health insurance and open a bank account.
Orientation days
We have a multilingual staff that will organize Orientation Days for you. Our consultants will show you the city, take you to the most interesting places, help you get to know the means of transport and go with you to the university to complete all the formalities. During the Orientation Days you will meet students from other countries, make new friends and improve your language skills.
Residence Card
Another condition to be fulfilled in order to study in Poland is to legalise your stay in the Republic of Poland. If you are an EU citizen and want to stay in Poland for more than 3 months (but your studies last a little longer), you must register your stay in the territory of Poland. If you are a citizen of a non-EU country, you must obtain a Polish visa from the consulate of the Polish Embassy in your country before coming to Poland. In order to extend your stay on the territory of Poland, you should apply for a Residence Card before the visa expires. All these formalities are also handled by Think Poland's agents.
